2. GENERAL BOOKING AND STAY TERMS


2.1. Scope and Booking Agreement

  • These terms govern the use of this website and the booking conditions for bungalows at Maspalomas Lago Canary Sunset[cite: 1, 2].
  • Reservations completed via our official booking engine (powered by Cloudbeds)[cite: 1, 2] or via authorized external booking channels (OTAs) constitute full agreement to these terms and conditions.


2.2. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards[cite: 2].
  • Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)[cite: 2].
  • Unapproved late check-outs beyond the designated time may incur additional fees.


2.3. Digital Check-in & Smart Lock Access

  • The property utilizes a digital check-in system and smart lock access.
  • Prior to arrival, guests must complete the mandatory digital identity registration. Once verified and payment is settled, an electronic access code will be generated to access the assigned bungalow.


2.4. Mandatory Guest Registration (SES.HOSPEDAJES)

  • Under Spanish Organic Law 4/2015 and Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests aged 14 and older must complete a registration form and provide valid government-issued photo identification (ID Card or Passport) prior to check-in.
  • Guest details are transmitted to the Ministry of the Interior's legal database (SES.HOSPEDAJES). Failure to provide mandatory registration details will result in denial of access without refund rights.


2.5. Rates, Taxes, and Invoicing

  • All displayed rates include applicable local indirect taxes (IGIC - Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
  • Legal invoices or simplified receipts will be issued in compliance with Spanish tax regulations (including Veri*factu requirements).

 

2.6. Resort Policies and Guidelines

  • Swimming Pools: The resort features a main pool for adults and a dedicated children's pool[cite: 2]. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Parking: Free outdoor parking is available for guests on site[cite: 2].
  • Quiet Hours & Conduct: Parties, events, and loud noises disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited.
  • Damage Liability: The lead guest is liable for any damage caused to the bungalow or common facilities during their stay.
